Sensor-Faucets and Fittings by LOex

Our mixing fixtures are designed with integrated sensor-automatics. Pending on its later usage the mixing is done. On a workplace where working-safety and hygiene (HACCP, for the wording of the EU-regulation »hygiene« EC 852_2004 in your local language, further in English EC 178_2002, EC 853_2004 and more see this page) is essential the mixing is done underneath the table (UT). This is also recommended in public washrooms where being vandalproof is also a must.

For bathrooms of high standards the mixing and flow-volume-regulation is integrated into the sensor-faucet of course.

In a modern hotelroom or fancy private bath the combination of top requirements in comfort and hygiene with familiar usage is necessary the utilization of our patented single-lever-faucets with sensorautomatic* and presettable ECO-cartridge is strongly recommended.

It is used as any other mixing-faucet plus the additional comfort of the touchless sensor-automatic. Sensorfaucets as such are known for their water- and energy-savings qualities. Combined with a presettable ECO-cartridge savings are in the 90% less bracket pending on presets in comparison to standard fixtures.

Comfort, hygiene, protection of environment and cost-reduction combined. For the hotel-manager a further advantage: our sensor-faucets are integratable into the key-card-system and hotel-water-management-system.

Economy, ecology, luxury, comfort and hygiene are uniquely combined in those up-to-date faucets with sensor-automatic.

Sensor faucets in general are outmost comfortable, hygienic and usefull. They reduce water-consumption. Therefore their usage is making sense when ecology and economy should match.

Our sensor-faucets are using mostly low-voltage mains. They have internal transformers in IP66 safety-standard – steamhose-proof.

For special applications we offer the selfclosing Short-Switch control.
